Hello, I'mĀ Paul Peterson

Paul Peterson is a survivor, innovator, and lifelong health advocate. After surviving multiple gunshot wounds to the head during college—including one that destroyed his eye and another that remains lodged in his brain—Paul’s life took a dramatic turn. Doctors called it a miracle. Paul calls it his mission.

Determined to turn pain into purpose, Paul studied nutrition at Cornell University and became passionate about using food as medicine. He founded unDoctor AI to help others prevent and reverse chronic illnesses through whole food, plant-based living and data-driven tools.

With unDoctor AI, Paul is redefining healthcare by bringing diagnostics, education, and wellness back into the hands of the people. His vision is clear: Empower individuals to take control of their health—no prescriptions required.

My Story

 

From tap and jazz to hip-hop and funk, I took every dance class I could as a kid. When I decided to make fitness a priority, I thought I needed to hit the gym. It turns out I just needed to get back on the dance floor. Now I'm sharing my moves and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through virtual fitness classes.
